activities to ensure timely completion, proactively identifying gaps, addressing outstanding requirements, and enforcing full adherence to established policies, procedures, and compliance standards.\nExercises sound judgment in managing highly confidential and sensitive information, maintaining the utmost discretion, professionalism, and strict compliance with organizational confidentiality protocols.\nConducts comprehensive validation and quality assurance of all new hire data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal HR and payroll requirements.\nPerforms thorough investigations and research to identify and resolve discrepancies between candidate applications, resumes, and background checks.\nAudits candidate information to ensure new hires meet the qualifications required for their respective positions and validate the accuracy of information disclosed during the application and interview processes.\nExercises discretion and diligence in evaluating new hire verifications, including the request and review of mitigation documentation and determine the appropriate course of action based on verification results.\nManages the I-9 and E-Verify components of new hire onboarding, ensuring documentation is completed, verified, and maintained in accordance with established requirements; resolve tentative non-confirmations in accordance with USCIS and DHS guidelines.\nAddresses and supports standardized, compliant, and audit-ready onboarding processes across all locations\nEnsure all offer-related documentation is accurately completed, captured, and retained in accordance with legal and recordkeeping requirements.\nMaintains consistent and timely communication with all stakeholders regarding pre-employment requirements and provides specialized support to HR Business Partners by addressing escalated or frequently asked questions from employees and managers related to pre-hire and onboarding processes.\nSpecific Duties/ Responsibilities:\nParticipates in Talent Acquisition team budget management of various recruitment reports/trackers, data/spreadsheet and spend analysis\nConducts ongoing audits of pre-employment checks to identify opportunities for process and policy improvements\nCompiles metrics and information for the Talent Acquisition team including turnover, advertisement spend, cost per hire, cost for training, onboarding and turnover rate for and average cost to fill specific positions\nCollaborates with the Legal team to oversee the Pre-adverse and Adverse Action processes, manage subpoena requests, and ensure the retention of related data\nEducation/ Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree required\nPrior experience in a similar role requiring independent judgment and decision-making preferred\nPrior experience with I-9 and E-Verify processes is a plus\nKnowledge:\nKnowledge of HR processes, forms, and knows organizational and
