You will lead critical processes including demand planning, supply and backorder management, and inventory optimization to keep our operations running seamlessly and ensure business goals are met.\nYou will also drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for key product groups, collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve best in class demand and supply performance. This is your opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our ANZ business!\nThe role will include the below main areas:\nDemand Forecast\nManage market demand plans, analyse trends, and incorporate commercial inputs to improve forecast accuracy. Support sales with tools and insights and regularly review parameters to enhance performance.\nSupply and Backorder Management\nPlan inventory levels to ensure product availability, address supply risks, and maintain strong communication with the global supply chain team.\nInventory and Obsolescence Management\nMonitor inventory and safety stock to reduce excess and obsolescence risk. Collaborate with product teams on phase-in and phase-out planning.\nSales and Operations Planning\nPrepare materials and lead S&OP meetings to align demand forecasts with financial plans.\nPerformance KPIs\nTrack and present monthly KPIs, recommend actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.\n\nAbout You:\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline\nMinimum 5 years of experience in planning or related roles\nBackground in the medical device industry and end-to-end supply chain operations (not essential but preferred)\nProficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills (preferred)\nPower BI an advantage.\n\nAbout Arthrex\nArthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
