A successful candidate will have experience eliciting, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements, with demonstrated knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, SuccessFactors Story Reporting, reporting best practices, and end-to-end HR business processes. The role will help mature the use of data with user-friendly analytical tools, dashboards, and advanced analytics so that relevant information can be efficiently gathered, shared, and interpreted by HR. Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, along with a Bachelor’s degree, will be essential for this position. business departments and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.\nTranslate business goals and objectives into strategic business capabilities. \nUse a variety of techniques to understand business requirements, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and storyboards.\nTranslate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements.\nWork with HR Information technology and HR departmental teams to provide and support best-in-class data & analytics tools (including suggestions of reporting tools and solutions outside of SuccessFactors) to enable deeper analysis and decision making by HR, other business units, and resource leaders.\nBecome a champion/Power User/advocate for business partners to help maximize use of analytical tools at disposal by promoting their use to solve business problems and inefficiencies manual reporting.\nAssist in data validation and troubleshooting between source systems, data management platforms, and analytics tools.\nLeads the design of innovative & comprehensive reports, dashboards, and other data analytics visualizations.\nHelp resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.\nManage requirements scoping throughout the delivery process.\nCreate artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, detailed functional requirements, operational requirements, process flows, and test cases.\nDevelop a roadmap of projects and initiatives for enablement of new capabilities.\nEngage in efforts to establish scope and business case for new programs and initiatives.\nPlan and manage user acceptance testing activities.\nAccountable for adoption of solutions by sponsoring HR business departments.\nDocument current processes and models to understand potential improvement.\nIdentify technical functionality that aligns with desired new business capabilities. \nDevelop job aids, deliver training, and share best practices to improve efficiency and adoption of analytics tools.\nUp to 10% international travel required\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant area is required.\nAt least five years’ experience within a business function, and Human Resources business analysis or business process improvement activity is required.\nAt least five years’ experience in the deployment or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.\nIntermediate to advanced experience in Front-End Data Visualization & Analytical Tools is required (examples: PowerBI/ SF Story Reporting).\nExperience working in projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure a plus.\nKnowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:\nLead process improvement and IT projects to achieve business goals and objectives by using various techniques and tools.\nExperience with data modeling and data analytics design standard concepts & best practices.\nIn-depth knowledge of several HR functions and related data & analytics platforms.\nExcellent
