This position will be based out of beautful corporate office in Naples, FL.\nAt Arthrex, we’re a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education.\nWe’re looking for an experienced UX Researcher who can turn meaningful user insights into impactful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, innovative solutions that support our customers and ultimately improve the healthcare experience.\nIf you’re passionate about research, human-centered design, and using insights to influence products that make a difference, we’d love to connect.\nMain Objective:\nThe Senior User Experience Researcher will be responsible for conducting user-centered research, synthesizing data, and working with cross-functional teams to improve our products and generate innovative design ideas.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nWork with UX designers, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.\nCreate long-term research plans, defining and tracking user experience goals.\nDeliver strategic research with significant business impact.\nDesign and conduct early stage design and product definition activities, including research, interviews, personas, workshops, and focus groups.\nContribute to building the UX research process, from participant recruiting, screening, scheduling and writing usability test plans.\nPerform the role of validating design concepts and product ideas with customers and gathering actionable feedback on user needs and usability.\nParticipate in collaborative sessions with UX designers to translate research results into personas, prototypes, usage scenarios, and workflows.\nEstablish research strategies and conduct studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.\nCommunicate research findings to assorted audiences through written reports and oral presentations.\nBring new UX Research skills and experiences to the organization.\nAs a Senior UX Researcher, demonstrate leadership in all the above points.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Human-Centered Design, or similar required\nMasters or Ph.D. degree in Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Human Computer Interaction a plus\n5+ years of conducting user research executing a variety of user studies required\nExperience with user testing, prototype/concept testing, observation and analysis, story mapping, wireframes, and journey mapping required\nExperience with designing, conducting, and analyzing all kinds of user data required\nExperience working in the medical industry a plus\nExperience working in an Agile environment a
