We are looking forward to meeting YOU!\nThe opportunity\nJoin Aareon UK as a Professional Services Executive and deliver onboarding and project based services for customers using the Fixflo and Arthur platforms.\nYou will support customer implementations, manage configuration tasks and help ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success after go-live. This role combines customer communication, technical learning and structured delivery across each implementation.\nWhat you'll be doing\nManage standard onboarding projects for new customers with guidance.\nSupport configuration, training and testing activities across implementations.\nDeliver high-quality service in line with agreed project scope and timelines.\nMaintain detailed project records and status updates.\nCoordinate with Senior Professional Services colleagues and the Head of Professional Services to support successful outcomes.\nProvide training and handover to Customer Success Managers and Support where needed.\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience in onboarding, training or support within a SaaS environment.\nStrong organisational and customer-facing communication skills.\nConfidence learning technical systems and managing tasks independently.\nA detail focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and follow through.\nGreat to have, but not essential\nKnowledge of housing or property technology.\nExposure to Salesforce or project delivery systems.\nExperience working in a consulting or services team environment.\nYou don't need to tick every box.
