Your Responsibilities

• You are the central point of contact for analyzing, assessing, processing, and resolving technical customer inquiries related to Incident Management, Service Requests, end-user support for our cloud services, and technical questions concerning our ERP solutions
• You actively maintain, expand, and optimize our documentation and knowledge base, contributing to improved solution quality, self-service capabilities, and customer satisfaction
• You collaborate closely with experts across different departments to ensure efficient and customer-focused problem resolution
• You support technical customer integrations as well as the analysis and resolution of system issues and incidents
• You contribute to the optimization of processes and support tools and bring in your own ideas for continuous improvement. Knowledge of, or interest in, modern technologies such as AI-driven solutions or automation tools (e.g., Python or PowerShell) is welcome but not required

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training, hold a comparable qualification, or have relevant practical experience in an IT-related environment. A university degree is welcome but not required
• You are interested in IT support, modern workplace solutions, and technical concepts
• You are a team player with a structured and reliable working style and a strong solution-oriented mindset
• You have a high level of service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills
• You enjoy working independently, continuously expanding your knowledge, and familiarizing yourself with new topics and technologies
• You have excellent German and good English language skills
