Program Structure
- Your integrated dual study program, starting August 1, 2026, consists of three components:
- Vocational Training (Office Management Assistant / Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement)
- Dual Study Program (Business Administration)
- Practical Experience within the Company
What We Are Looking For
- A-levels (Abitur) or University of Applied Sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), with strong academic performance, particularly in Mathematics, Economics/Business Studies, and German
- Strong interest in business processes, finance, marketing, and corporate management
- Enjoy working with numbers, data analysis, and business-related challenges
- Basic understanding of business administration, ideally gained through internships or prior commercial experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, colleagues, and business partners
- Independent and well-structured working style, enabling you to balance vocational training and academic studies successfully
- Motivation to acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable
- Good German and English language skills
