We work with some of the world's largest financial institutions on workflows that span multiple systems, require human judgment and approvals, and need production-grade controls, auditability, and governance.\nThe Role\nArtian AI is looking for a Founding Solutions Consultant to own the customer-facing technical and solution lifecycle of our enterprise opportunities, from first discovery through POC execution.\nThis role is ideal for a senior individual contributor who is technically credible but thinks commercially. You should be equally comfortable leading a discovery session with senior bank stakeholders, demoing the product, mapping a workflow across enterprise systems, and working alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers to resolve implementation issues. This is not a traditional pre-sales role: you own the engagement through POC execution, then hand off to our Solutions Delivery Manager, who leads production rollout.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead discovery with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, decision points, approvals, and controls.\n\nQualify opportunities on workflow complexity, business value, and technical fit, and identify the stakeholders needed to move them forward.\n\nDeliver product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to each customer's workflows and environment.\n\nDesign solutions that map existing processes and runbooks onto Artian's platform and solution patterns, working with product and engineering on feasibility.\n\nScope POCs with clear objectives, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, and ownership.\n\nLead the customer-facing side of POC execution alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, keeping the work tied to the original business problem.\n\nPresent POC outcomes, partner with Solutions Delivery on the transition to production, and surface expansion opportunities.\n\nBuild repeatable discovery frameworks, POC structures, demo environments, and solution templates as an early member of the commercial team.\n\nFeed structured customer insight back to product, engineering, and GTM leadership.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n8+ years in enterprise software, AI/ML, fintech, or a related field, including 4+ years in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, or pre-sales.\n\nA track record of personally driving complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through POC or pilot execution.\n\nExperience working with large financial institutions or other highly regulated enterprises.\n\nHands-on familiarity with AI/ML systems, agentic applications, workflow automation, or enterprise AI platforms.\n\nA strong technical foundation in APIs, data flows, enterprise integrations, and modern application architectures, enough to work credibly with architects and engineers.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with senior business and technical audiences.\n\nStrong process ownership: you set next steps, chase dependencies, and keep complex engagements moving.\n\nComfort working across sales, product, and engineering in an early-stage environment.\n\nStrongly Preferred\nDirect experience selling or deploying solutions within banking.\n\nKnowledge of banking operations, risk, controls, or servicing workflows.\n\nExperience navigating enterprise security, architecture, model
