Including up to date Safe Handling (2079)\nComprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment\nA continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry\nProven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF, VRVS, AHU’s, Cold-room's and Specialist Refrigeration\nAbility to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork\nCapable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective\nPositive attitude “can do will do”.\nFlexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site\nCommercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales\nProvide technical support to administration staff as required.\nJob Duties:\nCarry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site\nComplete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments\nProvide Further works reports where required\nLiaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required\nUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site information\nInform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management\nCollecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable\nProvide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday\nHealth and Safety:\nAs a member of the team, you will be required to fulfil our legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your actions, and to follow all guidance and instructions given in this respect.\nThe above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive, and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
