Via our standards and reputation within this industry we have successfully attained a solid foundation of varied blue-chip clients both commercial and public.\n--------------------------------\nSkills Required:\n· Industry qualifications.\n· Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.\n· A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.\n· Must have Boiler, AC and Electrical knowledge.\n· Other skills preferable, mechanical, basic electrical, basic plumbing, Identification and adaptability. Must have experience with AHU’s and FCU’s\n· Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.\n· Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective\n· Positive attitude “can do will do”.\n· Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site\n· Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales\n· Provide technical support to administration staff as required.\nJob Duties:\n· Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site\n· Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments\n· Use client portal and CAFM system if required\n· Provide Further works reports where required\n· Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required\n· Update contract managers with relevant client or site information\n· Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management\n· Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable\n· Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday\nHealth and Safety:\nAs a member of the team, you will be required to fulfil our legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your actions, and to follow all guidance and instructions given in this respect.\n\nThe above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
