This is a very exciting opportunity for the right individual to make an impact within a growing business.\nJob Duties\nUndertaking Project Supervision, site surveying, reporting, holding TBTs, site inductions and site inspections across our Projects Department.\nSupervision of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) and civils works, ensuring quality, compliance and programme adherence on site.\nSupport any Project works, with the view to Project Management as a long-term goal.\nWorking across our Education, NHS and commercial sector projects, adapting to the specific requirements and standards of each environment.\nOther Mechanical works as required by the Company.\nTo help grow the company's electrical department.\nSkills Required\nPossess relevant industry qualifications.\nSMSTS or SSSTS qualification would be beneficial.\nProven continuous history of employment within the M&E Industry.\nAbility to demonstrate technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of mechanical plant and systems together with comprehensive fault finding ability.\nAbility to develop and be part of a team. Manage own time, work and paperwork.\nPositive \"can do\" attitude. Flexible approach to hours and problem solving on site.\nCommercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works.\nGood understanding of H&S.\nFull clean driving licence.\nPossess IOSH Managing Safely or Black Managers CSCS card status.\nHealth and Safety\nAs a member of the team, you will be required to fulfil our legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your actions, and to follow all guidance and instructions given in this respect.\nThe above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive, and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
