You’ll run image and video evaluations, manage human preference studies, and be the point of contact providers rely on for results, methodology and queries.\nThis is a process-driven, deployed role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with Python, and takes pride in running pipelines reliably day after day, while representing our platform to some of the most creative AI companies in the world.\nWhat You’ll Do\nGenerate image and video outputs across models according to standardized evaluation protocols\nSet up and manage human preference evaluation studies, including study design, participant management, and quality control\nProcess and analyze preference vote data to produce benchmark results\nManage the end-to-end pipeline, from prompt execution through to published results\nServe as a technical point of contact for media generation model providers: communicating results, explaining methodology, and handling queries\nMonitor data quality, flag anomalies, and ensure consistency across evaluation rounds\nMaintain documentation of processes and configurations\nStay current with new image and video model releases\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired:\n3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role - solutions engineering, support engineering, technical consulting, or similar (companies like Stripe, Vercel, Cloudflare, Datadog, Palantir, Accenture, or comparable)\nStrong Python proficiency and comfort working with complex codebases you didn’t write\nHands-on experience working with AI model APIs, ideally image or video generation APIs (OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs, or similar)\nExcellent debugging skills; you can trace issues across APIs, data pipelines, and code\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical stakeholders\nHighly responsive and reliable; you take ownership of customer issues and follow through\nComfortable with operational, repeatable work; you find satisfaction in running things exceptionally well\nHigh attention to detail and calm under pressure\nNice to have (not required):\nExperience managing research studies, data collection pipelines, or crowdsourcing platforms\nExperience with image or video generation models (e.g. Sora, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, FLUX, Runway or similar)\nBackground in data analysis or research operations\nFamiliarity with human evaluation methodologies or preference-based ranking systems\nExperience in B2B SaaS or developer tools\nWhy Artificial Analysis?\nShape how AI gets built: The leading AI labs track our benchmarks and use them to guide their development priorities.
