technologies.\nWe are looking for a Production Operator to join our team in Bilbao, Spain, supporting the manufacturing of nucleic acids and LNPs-based products in a GMP-regulated environment.\nThe position will support manufacturing activities across DNA, RNA and LNPs platforms, working with different production processes and technologies as our manufacturing capabilities continue to expand.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform DNA, RNA and LNPs manufacturing operations under supervision, including enzymatic reactions, purification, filtration, formulation and product conditioning.\nPrepare buffers, solutions, reagents and materials required for manufacturing activities.\nOperate production and analytical equipment, including chromatography and TFF systems, biosafety cabinets, electrophoresis equipment and spectrophotometers.\nPrepare, assemble and operate process equipment and systems.\nWork in controlled environments, applying appropriate contamination control measures to prevent product contamination and degradation.\nPerform cleaning, preparation and basic maintenance of production equipment and areas.\nFollow approved SOPs, batch records and work instructions in accordance with GMP requirements.\nRecord manufacturing activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity requirements.\nIdentify and promptly report process deviations, equipment issues or unexpected analytical results.\nPROFILE\nTechnical education in laboratory operations, biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical processes or a related field.\nPrevious experience in a production, laboratory or biotechnology environment will be valued.\nExperience with RNA, DNA, LNPs, molecular biology techniques, chromatography, filtration, formulation or bioprocess equipment will be particularly valued.\nKnowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) will be valued.\nAbility to work accurately following established procedures
