technologies.\nWe are looking for a Supply Chain Technician to join our team in Bilbao, Spain, supporting the procurement of materials, products and services required across the organization and ensuring effective supplier, cost, delivery and documentation management.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nRequest, analyze and compare commercial and technical quotations.\nManage purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure agreed delivery dates and conditions.\nNegotiate pricing, commercial terms and lead times with suppliers.\nMaintain supplier pricing, commercial conditions and purchasing documentation.\nSupport supplier qualification and evaluation activities in coordination with Quality Assurance.\nManage purchasing and supply issues, including delays, shortages and supplier-related incidents.\nPrepare purchasing KPIs, spend analysis and reports and identify cost optimization opportunities.\nCoordinate purchasing activities with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, technical teams, Quality and Finance.\nCoordinate transportation and logistics services for product shipments to customers, including the required shipping documentation.\nTrack outbound product shipments and ensure appropriate logistics and documentation follow-up.\nProvide operational warehouse support when required.\nPerform purchasing activities in accordance with internal procedures and applicable traceability and quality requirements.\nPROFILE\nEducation in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supplier management.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nStrong analytical, organizational and follow-up skills.\nEnglish B2 or above, with the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers.\nExperience in the following areas will be particularly valued:\nERP systems and purchasing tools.\nBiotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical or life sciences industries.\nRegulated environments and quality systems.\nProcurement of raw materials, reagents, consumables and laboratory equipment.\nSupplier qualification, evaluation or audit activities.\nWHAT
