We work with premium materials, tight timelines, and high-quality standards to deliver exceptional products to our clients.\nPOSITION DESCRIPTION\nThe Junior Graphic Designer supports the Marketing team in the development and execution of creative materials across digital, print, social media, presentations, video, events, and other marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple types of projects and platforms. The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in maintaining and evolving Artitalia Group’s visual identity while creating professional, engaging content that supports the company’s marketing, sales, and corporate communications.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n1. Additional Responsibilities\nDETAILS\n1. Graphic Design & Brand Support\nCreate and adapt marketing materials while maintaining consistency with Artitalia Group’s brand standards.\nAssist with the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.\nDesign print and digital materials including brochures, catalogues, advertisements, invitations, signage, business cards, internal communications, and other marketing collateral.\nCreate layouts and graphics for corporate and client-facing presentations.\nDevelop mood boards, concept boards, visual references, and other materials to support creative development.\nPrepare artwork and files for print and digital production.\nFormat technical drawings, product information, photography, and other content for use in marketing materials.\nSupport the Marketing Team with day-to-day creative requests.\n2. Social Media & Digital Content\nAssist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.\nDesign social media graphics, posts, carousels, banners, and other digital content.\nAssist with planning and developing visual content for recurring social media campaigns.\nResize and adapt creative assets for different social media and digital formats.\nAssist with website content updates, including images, portfolio content, graphics, and other marketing information.\nHelp maintain consistency across the company’s digital presence.\n3. Video & Multimedia\nPerform basic to intermediate video editing for social media, corporate presentations, events, product highlights, and marketing campaigns.\nEdit short-form video content, including trimming footage, transitions, text overlays, music, graphics, and basic motion graphics.\nAssist with the development of animated graphics and visual effects when required.\nSupport photography and video content creation, including basic photo editing, retouching, and image preparation.\n4. Presentations & Sales Support\nDesign and update professional presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Illustrator).\nSupport the Sales and Marketing teams with presentation layouts, graphics, imagery, charts, and other visual elements.\nAdapt existing presentations for specific clients, industries, events, and business development opportunities.\nEnsure presentations are visually consistent, clear, professional, and aligned with Artitalia Group branding.\n5. Trade Shows, Events & Campaigns\nAssist in developing creative concepts and visual materials for trade shows, conferences, corporate events, and client initiatives.\nCreate booth graphics, invitations, signage, promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets as required.\nParticipate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and events.\nResearch design, marketing, social media, and industry trends to identify new creative ideas and inspiration.\nSupport event-related photography, video, and content development when required.\n6.
