For more information, visitartlist.io.\nThe role\nAs an Influencer Marketing Manager at Artlist, you’ll own creator partnerships that drive awareness, adoption and conversions for the Artlist AI creation platform. You’ll find and sign the right creators, lead the creative from concept to final cut, and help scale the program through new strategies and agency partnerships. The role needs a strategic, hands-on person who builds strong relationships, has a sharp creative eye and knows the AI creator space well.\nWhat you'll do\nStrategy & sourcing\nBuild and execute influencer strategies that support Artlist’s AI platform goals.\nSource and vet creators, with a focus on AI-native creators, filmmakers and tech/creative voices who fit our brand and audience.\nFind and test new channels, formats and agency partners to scale the program.\nCreative development & review\nDevelop campaign concepts and write clear creative briefs that show off the AI platform in authentic, creator-native ways.\nWork with creators on ideas, scripts and storyboards before production, so the concept is strong from day one.\nReview drafts and rough cuts, give clear and constructive feedback, and manage revisions through to final approval.\nMake sure every piece meets brand guidelines, product messaging and disclosure rules.\nKeep up with formats, hooks and trends across platforms, and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.\nFind top-performing creator content to repurpose in paid, social and owned channels.\nCampaign & collaboration management\nRun collaborations end to end: scope, timelines, deliverables and publishing.\nMake sure content is delivered on time, in the agreed quantity and at the quality we need.\nManage budgets, track spend, and handle POs, invoices and payment status with Finance.\n Keep every collaboration up to date in our tracking system (Monday.com).\nRelationships & negotiation\nBuild long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies and industry partners.\nNegotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights and contracts, and help close larger creator deals.\n Support creator-led activations and events (workshops, premieres, AI festivals) with the wider team.\nPerformance & reporting\nTrack and report on campaign performance: reach, engagement, sign-ups and conversions.\nUse the results to improve creator selection, briefs and creative direction.\nWhat we're looking for\n3+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with campaigns you can point to.\nA strong creative eye: you know what makes video content work and you can give feedback creators act on.\nExperience writing briefs and guiding content from concept to final cut.\nReal knowledge of the AI creative tools space and the creators in it.\nStrong negotiation skills and experience working with creators and talent agencies.\nHighly organized: you can run many collaborations at once without anything slipping.\nComfortable with data: you can read performance metrics and make decisions from them.\nExcellent written and verbal English.\nNice to have\nHands-on experience with AI video, image or music generation tools.\nA background in video production, filmmaking or content creation.\nExperience at a SaaS or creator-tools company.\nFamiliarity with affiliate platforms and creator programs\nExperience planning or
