This role combines a deep understanding of creators and content with a filmmaker's eye and strong production skills. You'll own the Artlist Academy pipeline, from creator partnerships to final content approval, manage our work with external partners and freelancers, and oversee the team's production budget.\nWake up for this\nSource and manage creator partnerships for Artlist Academy and our social channels\nOwn the Academy content pipeline, from production through quality review to publishing\nGive hands-on creative feedback on edits, and use AI tools to speed up and level up production\nWork closely with the Social team, bringing a strong understanding of creators, platforms and content trends\nManage day-to-day relationships with external agencies, partners and freelancers\nLead vendor and creator onboarding in collaboration with Legal and Finance\nOversee production budgets and payment processes\nBuild and maintain clear production workflows for the team\nRequirements\n2+ years as a content producer, creator manager or similar role in social, content or a creative studio\nA background in film, video production or a related creative field (e.g. film school)\nHands-on video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar), enough to give sharp notes on a cut and fix things yourself\nHands-on experience with AI creative tools for image, video and voice, and the curiosity to keep up with new ones\n Deep knowledge of the creator economy and social platforms, and a strong network of creators\nA strong eye for content and high creative standards\nProven experience managing freelancers, vendors and external partners\nStrong project management skills and high attention to detail\nExcellent English, written and spoken\nComfortable with Monday, Google Drive and social
