Architect to own the technical relationship with Artos' largest enterprise customers.\nYou'll work with technical and business leaders at major pharmaceutical companies to understand their technology landscape, determine how Artos fits within it, and identify new ways our platform can solve problems across the organization.\nYou'll serve as the primary technical partner from pre-sales through deployment and expansion, working across customer IT, Security, Infrastructure, and business teams while partnering internally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn Customer Technical Relationships\nServe as the primary technical partner for our largest enterprise customers.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with IT, architecture, security, infrastructure, and business leaders.\n\nLead technical discovery, architecture reviews, and planning discussions.\n\nUnderstand customer systems and how Artos fits within their broader technology ecosystem.\n\nArchitect & Expand Solutions\nDesign approaches for integrating and deploying Artos in complex enterprise environments.\n\nAdvise customers on system architecture, APIs, authentication, networking, data flows, and integrations.\n\nIdentify new technical use cases and opportunities to expand Artos across customer organizations.\n\nPartner with Engineering and Product to turn customer needs into technical solutions.\n\nLead Customer Initiatives\nOwn technical coordination of deployments, integrations, upgrades, and new initiatives.\n\nManage customer commitments, timelines, dependencies, SLAs, and technical requirements.\n\nCoordinate validation, documentation, and compliance activities\n\nIdentify blockers and bring in the right internal experts to resolve them.\n\nHelp Build the Function\nDevelop repeatable approaches for enterprise deployments and technical customer engagement.\n\nHelp define how Solutions Architecture scales as Artos grows.\n\nPotentially help build and lead a broader Solutions Architecture team over time.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Customer Engineering, or similar roles.\n\nExperience working with complex enterprise software environments\n\nStrong understanding of system architecture, APIs, authentication, networking, integrations, and distributed systems.\n\nExperience owning technical relationships with large enterprise customers.\n\nAbility to work effectively with everyone from engineers to executive stakeholders.\n\nExperience supporting both pre-sales technical conversations and post-sale deployments.\n\nComfortable operating in a startup environment where processes are still being built.\n\nNice to Have:\nPharmaceutical or life sciences experience.\n\nGxP or similar regulated/compliance experience.\n\nStartup or small-company experience.\n\nPrevious software engineering or hands-on technical background.\n\nExperience building or leading Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams.\n\nOther Information:\nVery comfortable working in a fast-paced and intense startup environment\nWilling to work in-person in
