# Branch Manager

We are looking for 2 experienced Branch Managers to run our fashion retail branches day to day. Responsibilities: Manage daily branch operations and maintain a high standard of customer service. Lead, train, and schedule the sales team. Achieve monthly sales targets and track branch performance. Oversee stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation. Handle cash, daily closing, and sales reports accurately. Resolve customer issues and build repeat customers. Benefits: Fixed monthly salary based on experience and qualifications. Monthly performance-based bonus tied to branch sales targets. Requirements Extensive experience in retail, preferably fashion or clothing. At least 1–2 years as a Store Manager or Branch Manager. Basic computer skills (Excel or similar), Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
