岗位职责 / Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full lifecycle management of cooperative clients, including project delivery, customer maintenance, and renewal management, while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving potential upselling.
- Coordinate and plan across departments, collaborate with project, product, and analyst teams, etc., to solve daily issues for clients.
- Regularly follow up and communicate with clients, understand their business development and product usage, convey product value, and provide effective data solutions.
- Collect and analyze customer needs and feedback, provide better services for clients and users, and drive iterative optimization of internal products.
任职要求 / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service/e-commerce data analysis, with proficiency in project management, customer operations, and customer service methods, and the ability to provide comprehensive data solutions.
- Prior experience in fast-moving consumer goods (such as personal care/beauty, food and beverages, and maternal and child health), retail channels, or the internet industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and quick learning abilities.
- Outgoing, positive, and results-oriented personality.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
