Supervise and support the team to ensure daily operational tasks are completed to LHR501 standards\nCoordinate general warehouse activities (cycle counts, on hand, receiving etc.\nUtilize Fusion to monitor activity, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.\nEnsure all processes are followed in line with our standardized procedures and customer requirements.\nSupport team development through training and performance management.\nInvestigate operational issues, resolve discrepancies and escalate concerns where necessary.\nPromote a positive working environment focused on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nAbout You\n Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.\nThe ability to lead, motivate and support a team.\nA good understanding of all aspects within fusion.\nA proactive approach to operational challenges and continuous improvement.\nThe ability to work under pressure,
