This role ensures smooth operations, provides expert support, manages project timelines, and resolves issues.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the Key Account Manager in delivering smooth account operations and maintaining strong client relationships \nAct as a key operational point of contact, providing expert guidance and support to customers \nOversee day-to-day account operations to ensure seamless service and product delivery \nCollaborate closely with Planning, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to meet client requirements \nProactively manage and resolve operational issues to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction \nCoordinate and track projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and agreed objectives \nProvide operational insights and expertise to help customers maximize the value of services \nMonitor, report, and present on key operational metrics (e.g. rack counts, OTD, issue resolution), while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement. \nRequirements\nAbout You\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, but not essential. \nExperience: Experience in account management, client services, or a related field is desirable but not required. \nStrong negotiation and contract management skills \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nAbility to understand and align with customer business objectives. \nDemonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and support business growth. \nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively
