At Bethlehem Country Club, you will support the Head Gardener in providing a resort-style environment through planning, directing and overseeing the maintenance of 29 leafy acres of gardens, lawns and landscaping to an excellent standard.\nYou will provide day to day guidance and direction to support the gardening team and contractors to deliver the gardening schedule and follow all relevant policies and procedures. In addition to daily gardening responsibilities you will liaise between residents, Team Gardeners and the Head Gardener to ensure issues are reported and managed in a timely manner. The Senior Gardener will also provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring and support for Team Gardeners as appropriate.\nThis is a full-time role working Monday - Friday.
