The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end software functionality, executing test cases based on business use cases, identifying defects, and ensuring product quality across web-based platforms and integrated applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing for AI and video SaaS products.\nDevelop, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements and use cases.\nValidate AI workflows, video processing features, APIs, and cloud-based SaaS applications.\nIdentify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure quality deliverables.\nExecute integration testing between various software modules and third-party systems.\nParticipate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release sign-offs.\nPerform exploratory testing to identify usability and performance issues.\nAssist in automation testing initiatives wherever applicable.\n\nRequired Skills:\n2+ years of experience in software testing/quality assurance.\nExperience in testing AI-based applications and video streaming/video analytics solutions.\nGood understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nHands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.\nExperience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.\nKnowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.\nUnderstanding of SaaS application architecture and cloud-based environments.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.\nBasic understanding of AI/ML concepts and video processing workflows.\nExperience testing REST APIs and microservices architecture.\nISTQB Certification will be an added advantage.\n\nEducational Qualification:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
