hiring managers.\nMaintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.\nAssist with job postings recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.\nFollow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely communication.\nSupport offer preparation documentation and onboarding activities.\nPrepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.\nWhat Makes You a Good Fit:\nBachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.\nFluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.\nPrior recruitment experience or knowledge of the Forex (FX) and CFDs industry is required.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.\nExcellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment priorities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office
