You will work closely with senior stakeholders and specialist technology, cybersecurity, data and implementation partners to turn business needs into practical, measurable solutions.\nThis is an group's information management agenda, including data ownership, quality, governance and accountability.\nEstablish practical data governance standards covering definitions, master records, access, retention, lineage and system integration.\nLead data quality assessment, remediation and ongoing control activities across the portfolio.\nSupport POPIA compliance and privacy-by-design practices alongside Compliance and Information Officers.\nBusiness Process & Workflow Optimisation\nUnderstand end-to-end advice, onboarding, servicing, compliance and operational processes across portfolio businesses.\nIdentify inefficiencies, duplication, risk and unnecessary manual processes.\nTranslate business requirements into practical process designs, workflows, controls and platform requirements.\nPrioritise improvements based on client value, advisor productivity, compliance, risk reduction and commercial benefit.\nEnsure redesigned processes are properly documented, adopted and measured.\nPlatforms & Applications\nGuide the effective use and development of CRM, financial planning, client onboarding, document management, portfolio reporting and workflow platforms.\nAssess whether existing platforms remain fit for purpose and recommend enhancements, integrations, consolidation or replacement where required.\nCoordinate implementation and adoption across a diverse house-of-brands environment.\nMaintain visibility of system ownership, data flows, dependencies, licences and key technology risks.\nManagement Information, Analytics & Insight\nImprove the quality, consistency, timeliness and usability of group management information.\nCoordinate dashboards, reporting, reconciliations and analytics requirements with business owners and specialist partners.\nBuild confidence in the information used for executive, board, compliance and portfolio oversight.\nEstablish the information foundations required for more advanced analytics, automation and responsible AI adoption.\nDigital Transformation, Automation & AI\nDevelop and deliver a prioritised roadmap for automation, systems integration, digital client journeys and AI-enabled productivity.\nIdentify practical AI and automation opportunities across advice delivery, client service, compliance, reporting and administration.\nMove solutions from concept through to implementation, adoption and measurable business benefit.\nChampion responsible innovation while ensuring solutions remain aligned with regulatory obligations, risk appetite and client trust.\nCybersecurity, Privacy & Technology Risk\nCoordinate the group's cybersecurity and technology risk agenda with specialist security and managed-service partners.\nOversee areas such as access governance, awareness, incident readiness, third-party reviews, testing and remediation.\nTranslate cyber, privacy, resilience and information risks into clear business actions and governance reporting.\nWork closely with Compliance, Risk and Information Officers to ensure appropriate controls and evidence are maintained.\nPartner & Vendor Management\nLead delivery through outsourced and specialist technology, data, cybersecurity and implementation partners.\nEstablish clear scopes, milestones, service levels and accountability for delivery.\nTranslate business priorities into actionable briefs and ensure partner outputs meet operational, security, data and user requirements.\nManage vendor performance, escalations, commercial reviews, due diligence, licences and material service issues.\nCoordinate multiple workstreams and remove delivery blockers.\nStrategy & Stakeholder Engagement\nContribute to the group's information and technology strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.\nPrepare concise reporting for executive, steering and board-level forums.\nBuild trusted relationships with managing directors, advisors, operations, compliance and finance teams across the portfolio.\nTranslate complex technology and information matters into clear commercial language and practical decisions.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Information Management, Data, Commerce, Business Analysis, Engineering or a related field.\nApproximately 5-8 years' relevant experience in information management, business process improvement, data operations, digital delivery, business analysis, platform implementation or technology-enabled transformation.\nProven experience translating business processes and user requirements into practical data, workflow or technology solutions.\nExperience managing outsourced service providers and specialist delivery partners, with the ability to hold them accountable for outcomes.\nPractical experience with data quality, reporting, management information, CRM/client lifecycle platforms and/or system integrations.\nStrong understanding of business process optimisation and technology-enabled transformation.\nExperience working across multiple stakeholders and business units, ideally within a complex or decentralised environment.\nAdvantageous Experience\nExperience within financial services, wealth management, financial planning or investment administration.\nExposure to POPIA, information governance, cybersecurity oversight, compliance workflows or operational risk controls.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Power BI, automation and/or AI tools.\nAdditional training in data governance, business analysis, process improvement,
