You’ll sit at the centre of it all, between suppliers, stock, production, sales and dispatch, making sure what needs ordering is ordered, what’s made is tracked, and what’s sold leaves the building correctly.\nIt’s hands-on and cross-functional. You won’t be managed task by task. You’ll be trusted to see what needs doing, and to do it.\nResponsibilities\n Procurement & suppliers\nPlace, track and follow up on purchase orders with local and international suppliers\nRequest quotations and chase lead times and deliveries\nCapture vendor bills in Odoo and reconcile every purchase against its PO\nKeep supplier records and documents (invoices, delivery notes) in order\nSupport import and freight coordination\nInventory & stock control\nMonitor stock levels and flag reorder requirements\nKeep inventory records in Odoo accurate\nRun stock reconciliations and get to the bottom of discrepancies\nSupport stock planning\nProduction\nTrack manufacturing progress and keep production documentation current\nAct as the link between production, sales and procurement\nCheck in with the production team on consumables and replenishment\nSupport quality control administration\nOrders & dispatch\nProcess wholesale, stockist and corporate orders, including special instructions for key accounts\nPrepare invoices, packing slips and dispatch paperwork\nBook delivery slots with customers and stockists, and follow up until orders land\nCoordinate courier and Uber collections for parcels, documents, samples and printed materials\nCount, pack and prepare orders and printed materials for dispatch\nTrack shipments and work with fulfilment partners on freight bookings\nAdministration\nKeep digital and physical filing, and key spreadsheets, organised and accurate\nCapture and maintain business data accurately\nSupport the Operations Manager and Head of Fulfilment with day-to-day operations and ad hoc projects\nRequirements\nA self-starter who owns their work without close supervision\nStrong organisation and sharp attention to detail\nClear, confident written and verbal communication\nComfort with spreadsheets and business software\nAccuracy and discretion with financial and business data\nThe ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball\nA customer-focused, solutions-first mindset.
