You will work at the intersection of engineering, data, and operations, turning AI capabilities into dependable products and workflows.\nWhat You'll Build\nReliable pipelines for deploying, monitoring, and updating AI and autonomy models in production environments\nObservability and evaluation frameworks to track model performance, data drift, and system health\nAutomation for data ingestion, training workflows, and release processes\nIntegrations and internal AI tooling that support engineering, operations, and governance teams\nDocumentation and runbooks that keep AI systems auditable and maintainable\nOperational controls aligned with information security, compliance, and export control requirements\nWhat You Bring\nSeveral years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, platform engineering, or a comparable operations role\nSolid Python skills and experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)\nHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code\nFamiliarity with ML lifecycle tools and model monitoring solutions\nUnderstanding of data pipelines, APIs, and modern software architectures\nA structured, documentation-driven way of working and high standards for accuracy and accountability\nAwareness of security, compliance, and responsible AI practices; experience in regulated or defense-related environments is a plus\nFluency in English; German is a plus\nPlease note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply.
