You will be involved in both R&D and service activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver technical ideas from initial analysis and solution selection through independent implementation, testing, and practical application.\nIntegrate existing components (cameras, communication systems, UPS, sensors, controllers, etc.) into complete systems.\nPerform hands-on PCB bring-up, including initial power-up, power supply and interface verification, troubleshooting, and fault resolution.\nReverse-engineer electronic systems and PCBs, including cases where complete technical documentation is unavailable.\nPerform hands-on electronics work, including schematic analysis, soldering, PCB modifications, and debugging.\nWork with battery systems and BMS (Li-ion / LiFePO4), including configuration, diagnostics, repair, and integration.\nStrong preference will be given to candidates with personal or professional hands-on hardware projects.\nQualifications\n3 years of experience in electronics development or in-depth hardware analysis (circuit design, PCBs), including practical experience in PCB bring-up and reverse engineering without documentation.\nProficiency in using laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and laboratory power supplies.\nHands-on experience in soldering, assembling, and modifying electronic PCBs.\nExperience developing and analyzing microcontroller firmware and working with digital interfaces and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet).\nExperience with CAN bus analysis and CAN diagnostic tools.\nSolid understanding of digital and analog circuit design.\nAbility to read, analyze, and modify electrical schematics.\nHands-on experience with battery systems and a solid understanding of their architecture, including Li-ion / LiFePO4 batteries, BMS, cell balancing, protection, measurement, and communication interfaces.\nAbility to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the signal, power supply, interface, and component levels.\nAbility to prepare clear technical reports and support recommendations with actual measurement data.\nTechnical English proficiency sufficient to work with documentation and supplier information.\nWillingness to travel for business purposes.\nWill Be a Plus\nA valid driving licence, manual transmission.\nExperience with Raspberry Pi / Embedded Linux.\nSolid knowledge of at least one microcontroller platform: STM32, ESP32, or Arduino-compatible MCUs.\nExperience with KiCad / Altium Designer.\nExperience working with cameras and video interfaces: USB, Ethernet, etc.\nKnowledge of DC/DC converters and power electronics.\nExperience with robotics, motor controllers, and sensors.\nPlease note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply.
