As Project Manager for Construction & Expansion, you will coordinate assigned building, fit-out and site-expansion projects from planning through handover, helping create functional environments for our teams. \nYou will combine hands-on operational responsibility with end-to-end delivery of improvement and expansion initiatives. You will own day-to-day project coordination and recurring project responsibilities within agreed scope, budgets, timelines and guidelines. Working with internal stakeholders and external planners, contractors and suppliers, you will keep work moving, communicate progress clearly and escalate material deviations or decisions when needed. \nWhat You'll Build \nCoordinate assigned construction, fit-out and expansion projects from an approved brief through execution and handover, maintaining clear scope, milestones, owners and action plans. \nGather and coordinate site requirements with internal stakeholders, planners, technical specialists, property representatives and contractors, as applicable. \nSupport planning, tendering and procurement activities by coordinating information, quotations and supplier input in line with project requirements and approval boundaries. \nTrack schedules, costs, invoices, risks, dependencies and changes; provide clear progress updates and flag deviations early. \nCoordinate contractors and project partners during delivery, monitor progress and quality, and follow up on open issues and agreed actions. \nCoordinate site visits, meetings and project communications, adapting updates to different audiences and helping teams resolve differing views constructively. \nSupport the coordination of applicable permits, inspections, safety requirements and technical approvals with the responsible specialists and authorities. \nCoordinate commissioning, snagging, handover and close-out documentation; identify practical improvements within the project area and share lessons learned. \nWhat You Bring \nExperience in construction, fit-out, real estate, facilities or infrastructure project coordination or project management. \nThe ability to independently manage day-to-day project responsibilities and deliver assigned work to agreed quality and timelines. \nA structured approach to schedules, budgets, documentation, risks, dependencies and follow-up.\nSound judgement to make decisions within defined guidelines and to recognise when an issue requires escalation. \nExperience coordinating external contractors, planners, suppliers or other project partners. \nStrong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams, adapt communication to different audiences and share information proactively. \nA practical, solution-oriented approach to differing opinions, setbacks and competing priorities. \nGood attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality, reliability and completing agreed actions. \nConfidence using common digital workplace and project-tracking tools. \nWillingness to travel to relevant project locations as required. \nFluent written and spoken German, and the ability to communicate confidently in English with colleagues and project partners. \nPlease note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply.
