Your work will have a visible impact both in the product and in the field.\nWhat You'll Build\nKeep deployed systems reliable through firmware flashing, configuration, and software-related service work.\nInvestigate and resolve complex service issues onsite and remotely.\nProvide technical support and own user issues through successful resolution.\nDeliver practical technical training that helps users operate our systems confidently.\nDevelop new functionality and contribute bug fixes and software optimizations.\nImprove existing services, workflows, and technical solutions.\nCreate and maintain clear technical and user documentation.\nWork with Hardware, Customer Operations, and engineering teams to turn field feedback into product improvements.\nTravel to user locations across Ukraine to support system setup, maintenance, and issue resolution when needed.\nWhat You Bring\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in software development, embedded systems, technical support, or systems integration.\nStrong Linux skills, including the command line, processes, services, logs, networking, and common troubleshooting approaches.\nPractical Python and Bash experience for scripting, automation, and diagnostics.\nPractical experience writing, debugging, and maintaining C++ code, including contributing to existing codebases.\nA solid understanding of hardware systems and hardware-software interactions and communication protocols used for data exchange between devices.\nIndependent ownership of tasks from initial analysis through completion, with a systematic approach to complex production and service issues.\nInitiative and sound technical judgement, including the confidence to propose improvements to services and technical solutions.\nIntermediate English level or above, with the ability to communicate clearly in a professional setting.\nClear, structured communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with users and cross-functional teams.\nNice to have:\nA valid driving licence and experience driving a manual vehicle.\nExperience in miltech, defense, robotics, or another hardware-focused technology environment.\nKnowledge of ROS2, radio systems, or wireless communication technologies.\nPlease note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply.
