Your expertise will directly shape the trustworthiness of our systems, ensuring that security and military forces can depend on them when it matters most.\nWhat You’ll Build\nDrive and enhance the safety and reliability engineering function function for our core system development programs.\nConduct rigorous safety and reliability analyses (e.g., FMEA, FTA) to fortify our designs.\nDefine and trace critical safety requirements throughout the entire system architecture.\nDrive structured safety and reliability reviews that actively improve system design and integrity.\nIdentify potential failure modes and create robust mitigation strategies to minimize operational risk.\nUse performance data and field reports to conduct data-driven analyses that continuously enhance system safety.\nDevelop forward-thinking maintenance strategies and support concepts to maximize the operational life of our systems.\nDrive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions that reinforce long-term system integrity.\nWhat You Bring\nA strong background in Safety Engineering, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.\nSeveral years of hands-on experience in safety and reliability engineering for complex products.\nDirect experience applying methods like FMEA or FTA to real-world, intricate systems.\nA proven track record working with safety-critical or mission-critical systems where failure is not an option.\nDeep familiarity with relevant safety standards (like ISO 12100, MIL-STD-882E, or IEC 61508) and how to apply them effectively.\nA mindset that pairs sharp analytical thinking with practical problem-solving to not just find risks, but drive solutions.\nA collaborative spirit that helps you align technical teams and move complex programs forward.\nThe ability to communicate and document complex safety concepts with clarity and precision.\nPlease note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply.
