Your work will support the materials, services, and supplier relationships behind ARX Robotics’ autonomous ground systems.\nWhat You'll Build\nReliable day-to-day procurement and back-office support across direct and indirect spend.\nSupplier research, market mapping, Requests for Quotation, quotation comparisons, and clear sourcing documentation.\nAccurate supplier, pricing, item, and purchase order data in SAP.\nWell-organized purchase order administration, including delivery tracking, order confirmations, and open items.\nClear follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on outstanding actions, missing information, and delivery topics.\nSpend analyses and recurring procurement reports that help the team make informed decisions.\nComplete and accessible procurement documentation, filing, and supplier records.\nImproved templates, workflows, data quality, and internal procurement processes.\nA strong foundation for developing your understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain in a technology-driven environment.\nWhat You Bring\nCurrent enrollment at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, economics, or a related field.\nGenuine interest in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain, including the connection between technical requirements and commercial decisions.\nA structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working.\nConfidence working with spreadsheets. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.\nClear communication skills and a proactive approach to following up on open topics.\nCuriosity, willingness to ask questions, and the ability to learn quickly.\nA sense of ownership and the motivation to contribute to a collaborative team.\nFluency in German and English.\nPlease note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply.
