You will connect customers, the commercial team and internal stakeholders, bringing structure, energy and follow-through to everyday commercial activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating across teams, taking ownership and driving priorities forward in a dynamic environment.\nEssential Job Functions:\nMonitor the launch of commercial operations in new territories, including supporting and training sales representatives joining the field sales team.\nPartner with distribution channels to maximize sales growth and strengthen relationships, including developing opportunities for agronomic solutions, training distributors’ sales teams, and building relationships with key accounts and centers of influence.\nPrepare monthly sales forecasts to support accurate data entry into SAP, identify discrepancies, and report them to the supervisor to enable appropriate adjustments.\nIdentify and bring forward new business opportunities that can contribute to the company’s growth and expansion.\nMonitor sales expansion through B2C resellers, identifying opportunities to strengthen commercial reach and performance.\nRepresent and support the business at relevant B2B and B2C events, helping to strengthen customer and partner relationships.\nCollaborate across teams and take ownership of additional responsibilities as required to support commercial priorities and business needs.\nQualifications & Experience:\n5+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial coordination, sales support, customer-facing activities, or a related commercial role.\nExperience working with distribution channels, resellers, key accounts, or commercial partners, ideally within the agronomic, agricultural, or related industry.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.\nExperience working with SAP or similar business systems and supporting sales forecasting activities.\nIntermediate English and Spanish required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.\nProactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership, identify opportunities, and drive actions forward.\nArxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:\n Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection. \n Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications. \nArxada is an equal opportunity employer.
