The primary responsibility of this role is to maximize our business result through implementation of Business strategies, key accounts management, development of customer relationships and provision of excellent sales and service experience\nEssential Job Functions:\nImplement and monitor local sales strategies for the sale of Arxada MCS product portfolio\nDirect handling of HHPC accounts and distributor in Thailand\nDevelop and drive new business opportunities\nRegional key accounts coordinator of Southeast Asia\nExtended to have more than one country directly accountable (regional coverage)\nPrepare and implement a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales goals for assigned customers\nMaintain and improve customer relationships in various functions such as Purchasing, R&D, Regulatory and Quality Management to ensure a high level of customer services and satisfaction, including strategy meetings with customer’s senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organizations’ strategies\nAchieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience satisfaction\nRevised lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline\nDemonstrate Sales Excellence, i.e. accurate forecasting, call reports, market monitoring, sales plans, competition analysis, customer relationship management\nCoordinate and communicate customer needs and market intelligence within Arxada to Technical Support, Regulatory, R&D and Marketing\nEnsure all debts collection are completed on time in accordance to agreed payment terms\nBuild and maintain an effective network within Arxada\nActively represent our business at trade shows and conferences\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).\nStrong technical expertise with experience in microbial control and technical sales within the Home Care and Personal Care manufacturing industries.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant computer software, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nWillingness and ability to travel throughout Southeast Asia and work outside regular office hours when required.\nFluent in Business English, both written and spoken.\nArxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:\nMicrobial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.\nNutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.\nArxada is an equal opportunity employer.
