You will contribute to the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of tax processes while developing practical knowledge of corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and international business operations. This role offers exposure to a collaborative and dynamic environment where you can learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact from day one.\nEssential Job Functions\nGather and organize tax filing information for all legal entities across the business.\nAssist with data entry and the preparation of tax reports and related analyses.\nMaintain and update tax databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.\nSupport the preparation and maintenance of Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation.\nCreate and maintain a listing of existing intercompany (IC) agreements.\nAssist with document collection and compliance-related tax activities.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain and validate tax-related information.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Tax function.\nQualifications & Experience\nCurrently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.\nAvailable for a part-time internship (approximately 20-30 hours per week) and able to combine work responsibilities with academic commitments.\nBusiness fluent in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nCollaborative mindset with a proactive approach to learning and taking ownership.\nArxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:\n Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.\n Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.\nArxada is an equal opportunity employer.
