Overview\nWe are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions for enterprise digital platforms and transformation initiatives.\nThe role will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and other technical teams to understand business needs, analyse existing processes, define functional requirements, support solution design, and coordinate testing and implementation.\nThe successful candidate should possess strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities, together with a good understanding of system analysis and design.\nKey Responsibilities\nRequirements Gathering & AnalysisConduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.\n\nAnalyse and document business, functional, and system requirements.\n\nPrepare detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).\n\nAnalyse existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process automation and digitalisation.\n\nWork with stakeholders to validate requirements, priorities, and expected business outcomes.\n\nSolution DesignTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical implementation.\n\nDevelop and document process flows, functional workflows, data requirements, and integration requirements.\n\nWork closely with technical and development teams to assess the feasibility and sustainability of proposed solutions.\n\nSupport the design and implementation of enterprise platform solutions.\n\nPrepare and maintain product documentation including Product Playbooks, Runbooks, Product Onboarding Forms, and User Guides.\n\nEnsure proposed solutions remain aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.\n\nTesting & ImplementationDevelop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, scenarios, and test cases.\n\nCoordinate and participate in UAT to validate solutions against agreed business and functional requirements.\n\nDocument defects, functional gaps, and testing outcomes.\n\nWork with development and technical teams to resolve identified issues.\n\nSupport implementation, deployment, onboarding, and post-implementation activities.\n\nAssist business users during solution rollout and adoption.\n\nContinuous ImprovementMonitor platform usage, performance, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nAnalyse operational and usage data to recommend platform and process enhancements.\n\nEvaluate new platform capabilities and features for potential business application.\n\nRecommend improvements to existing workflows, processes, and system functionality.\n\nMaintain business and functional documentation as solutions evolve.\n\nRequired Skills\nDegree in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience in business analysis, system analysis, system design, or enterprise application implementation.\n\nStrong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation capabilities.\n\nExperience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation.\n\nGood understanding of system analysis and design principles.\n\nExperience preparing and executing UAT plans, test scenarios, and test cases.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for development and technical teams.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nGood understanding of software development and application implementation processes.\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.\n\nAbility to prepare clear product documentation, operational guides, and process documentation.\n\nMust be able to obtain and maintain the required MINDEF Security Directive (MSD) CAT 1 security clearance.\n\nCandidates should also meet at least one of the following experience requirements:\nMinimum 2 years of experience in system analysis and design, together with Java training or certification; or\n\nMinimum 1 year of relevant system analysis and design experience supporting Java EE projects within the applicable environment.\n\nPreferred Skills\nPrevious experience working with ServiceNow would be advantageous.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise digital transformation or platform implementation initiatives.\n\nKnowledge of Java or Java EE application environments.\n\nExperience working with Agile or structured software development methodologies.\n\nExposure to application integration, workflow automation, and enterprise
