This position requires participation in a 24x7 support model, including shift rotations, on call duties and major incident response.\nRole Overview\nTake responsibility for the reliability, maintenance and improvement of an enterprise Control-M scheduling environment. Work with application, infrastructure and vendor teams to maintain platform availability, resolve incidents and improve automation.\nResponsibilities\n• Administer Control-M Enterprise Manager, Servers and Agents, including platform configuration, security settings and operational controls.\n• Monitor server health, agent connectivity and service availability. Maintain calendars, resources, alerts, notifications and escalation settings.\n• Plan and carry out upgrades, patches, hotfixes and migrations, including validation and resolution of compatibility issues.\n• Improve performance and capacity, investigate platform faults and support high availability, disaster recovery and failover arrangements.\n• Maintain integrations with enterprise applications, monitoring platforms, observability services and IT service management tools.\n• Diagnose connectivity, API, authentication, authorisation, configuration and integration service problems.\n• Validate integrations after upgrades or configuration changes and coordinate technical resolution across application, infrastructure, security and network teams.\n• Develop reusable automation workflows, playbooks and scripts using Ansible and/or Terraform, Python, PowerShell and Linux/Unix shell scripting.\n• Apply infrastructure as code and source control practices to improve consistency and reduce manual administration.\n• Provide L2/L3 support, conduct root cause analysis and implement lasting fixes for recurring incidents.\n• Follow change and release processes, contribute to service improvement and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity exercises.\n• Maintain operating procedures, architecture diagrams, configuration baselines and support documentation.
