About the role

We are hiring an IT Security Governance Manager for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Security Governance function
• Oversee system security posture reporting
• Coordinate security governance processes
• Security audit response and remediation tracking

What you will bring

• 8+ years cybersecurity governance/risk/compliance; 3+ years lead in security governance
• Cybersecurity governance frameworks
• Security standards
• Compliance
• Risk management
• Audit coordination
• AI-enabled governance tools

Qualifications & certifications

• Degree in CS/IT or Cybersecurity
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA required

Work arrangement

• Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
• Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
• Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
