Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.\nWe offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.\nWhat you’ll achieve\nDesign, implement and scale end-to-end data products that support growing data processing and analytical needs.\nInfluence best practices in Databricks and cloud-based data engineering, driving innovation and adoption across teams.\nLeverage AI to build self-serve tools and accelerate Data/GTM workflows.\nEstablish trust and strong relationships across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on data strategy and execution.\nImplement systems that guarantee data quality, governance, and availability.\nAbout you\n3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.\nDegree in computer science, engineering or equivalent technical field experience.\nProficient in cloud-based data processing and storage technologies like Databricks, Spark, Airflow.\nFluent in SQL and proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, Java).\nProactive self-starter with a proven ability to identify opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and execute them effectively.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nDemonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.\nWhat we'll offer\nGenerous, transparent and fair compensation system (base salary and generous Restricted Stock Unit for Asana Inc.) \nContract of Employment (with 50% tax deductible costs for author’s rights usage for Engineers) \nHealth insurance with dental and travel coverage (Lux Med) \nLunch catering on the days that you work from the office\nCareer growth budget \nHome office setup budget \nGym/Fitness reimbursement\nFertility healthcare and family-forming support with Carrot\nMental health support in Modern Health\nGroup life insurance\nMacBooks with all necessary accessories\nFor this role, the estimated base salary range is between 20,833 - 30,000 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP).
