If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.\nWhat you’ll achieve\nHire and support a talented team of engineers to build a new product from the ground up.\nPartner cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and Data Science to define roadmap priorities and deliver intuitive product capabilities.\nGuide architectural and technical decisions to ensure system reliability, performance, and long-term scalability.\nDrive operational excellence and continuous delivery processes, enabling the team to iterate quickly and ship value continuously.\nChampion accountability for key outcomes, linking your team's everyday work to Asana's broader strategic goals.\nAbout you\nDemonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.\nExperience guiding and developing software engineering teams in building scalable web applications, ideally with experience leading 0-1 product development.\nSolid technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals and modern architecture.\nProven track record of collaborating effectively with product managers and designers to balance technical health with user velocity.\nClear communicator and empathetic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.\nAt Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.\nFor this role, the estimated base salary range is between 34,300 - 39,000 PLN gross. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.\nIn addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
