debugging, failure handling, and data integrity.\nCollaborate closely with frontend (Vue 3) via clean API contracts.\nContribute to pragmatic AI/automation initiatives where relevant.\n\nRequirements: \nBE / BTech from top engineering institutes such as IIT, NIT, BITS-Pilani, BIT Mesra, Jadavpur University, DCE, NSIT or equivalent.\n5-8 years of software engineering experience.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExperience working with AWS (EC2 S3 RDS).\nMastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any of Vue JS/ React/ Angular.\nStrong proficiency in Python-based backend systems.\nSolid understanding of databases, transactions, idempotency, retries, and race conditions.\nWell-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code that balances beauty and pragmatism.\nExperience in payroll, HR, finance, ERP, or compliance-heavy domains.\nStartup or scale-up experience.\n(Optional) Experience in building MCP servers.\nSkills\nAWS, Angular, Python,
