Product Manager - IT Components

ASBIS Baltics, part of ASBISc Enterprises Plc, a leading Value-Added Distributor of IT products in the emerging markets of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, specializes in the distribution of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions from leading suppliers.Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Product Manager – IT Components who is passionate about technology and business development.
Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategy, pricing, and brand positioning for the assigned product portfolio
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets according to agreed KPIs
• Manage product distribution, assortment, and pricing across sales channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new retail partners
• Lead commercial negotiations and client meetings across the Baltic region
• Plan sales forecasts and promotional activities together with sales and marketing teams
• Monitor inventory levels, supply planning, and stock availability

Requirements

• Proven sales and business development skills
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and execution capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English as the role involves daily communication with international vendors, partners, and customers.
• Category B driving license

Nice to Have

• Incomplete higher education
• 3+ years of experience in IT product distribution, including work within vendor and channel sales environments.
