Completing this step is required as part of the application process and helps us get to know you better.\nSchedule & Compensation\nFull Time, 40 hours weekly\n2 shifts available: 10:30am - 7:00pm or 5:30am-2:00pm\nEvery other weekend & every other holiday\n$19.00- $20.00/hour\n Follows recipes and production sheets, as written, and informs Manager/Supervisor of any adjustments that are made; documents adjustments on production sheets.\nPrepares pan garnishes for “front of the house” operations.\nSets up steam tables on time and organizes them according to diagrams to avoid delays on tray line; this includes “specials”; reviews all food items on steam tables with Supervisor.\nEnsures all hot food temperatures are at least 165 degrees for entrees, starches and vegetables.
