Hours & Pay:
- PRN/Per Diem
- 3:00pm-7:30pm
- Every other weekend required
- Occasional holidays
- $17.00/hour
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes according to recipes and production sheets
- Assist in batch cooking items to ensure optimal food quality and consistency
- Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new recipes or improvements to existing dishes
- 1+ year(s) cooking experience preferred
- High School diploma, GED or eqivalent preferred
- Ability to read, understand and follow recipes and production sheets accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipe quantities
- Culinary school training, ServSafe certification or other relevant education are a plus
