Schedule & Compensation
Full Time, 40 hours weekly
Hours: M-F 6:00 - 2:30; every other weekend/Holiday is required
Pay: 22.00/hour
- Assists Dining Manager with interviewing and coaching of front of house staff.
- Attends pre-meal meetings and conducts ongoing staff training.
- Ensures dining room operations are running smoothly. Makes adjustments to resolve operating challenges.
- Provides and ensures exceptional customer service to residents and responds timely to requests made.
- Manages Satellite kitchens to ensure State and Safety rules and regulations are in place and followed.

- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a supervisor within healthcare operations.
- Maryland State Food Handlers Certificate or willing to obtain within three (3) months of hire.
