We don’t just hear employee feedback - we act on it.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nDaily Pay: Access your earned wages anytime, anywhere\n24/7 Support: Confidential Employee Assistance Program\nCareer Growth: Scholarship & education discount opportunities for all fields of study\nComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits: We’ve held insurance premiums at 2025 rates, reinforcing our commitment to care, stability, and supporting you both at work and at home.\nSchedule & Compensation\nFull-Time, 40 hours weekly\nHours: 11am-7:30pm 4 days a week, 1 day 7am-3:30pm\n Every other weekend 7am-3:30pm \n$21.00-$22.00/ hour \n The Dining Supervisor develops, plans, coordinates and executes the food service activities of the Independent Living and Personal Care areas, personally or through delegating duties to kitchen staff ensuring the highest quality of food production, presentation, delivery and clean up.\nPlan, assign and direct work while providing continuous coaching and mentoring on standards and policies. \nCollaborate with the Executive Director to successfully meet budget and cost efficiently within the kitchen and serving functions for daily operation. \nConduct regular quality and compliance checks. \nParticipate in ongoing process of Quality Improvement to evaluate and improve upon services and standards. \nCooks 20 hours a week and more as needed\nAct as Manager on Duty as required.\n High School Diploma or GED is required\nServSafe certification is required\n2 plus years of experience in a dietary capacity preferred\nExperience in senior living or retirement community is preferred.\n Depending upon the status of the position, Asbury offers generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage;
