We work across our own brands and client projects, building digital experiences and brand communications.\n\nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Digital Design Intern to join our team and contribute to our website, social media, presentations, and other digital design projects.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n\n- Design social media creatives and visual content for Ascella Group and its brands.\n- Work on website graphics, visual layouts, and design improvements for [ascella.group](https://ascella.group).\n- Create graphics for presentations, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.\n- Maintain visual consistency across platforms and communication channels.\n- Collaborate with the team to translate ideas and briefs into effective visual designs.\n- Incorporate feedback and deliver design work within agreed timelines.\n- Work under the guidance of a senior designer and contribute to ongoing projects.\n\n Requirements\n\n- Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.\n- Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.\n- A good eye for detail and a strong sense of visual design.\n- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve design skills.\n- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.\n- A portfolio showcasing design skills, academic work, personal projects, or previous experience.\n- Full-day availability and commitment for the entire six-month internship.\n\n Internship Details\n\n- Duration: Six months.\n- Stipend: 5,000 per month.\n- Work arrangement: Fully remote.\n- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, plus the first, third, and fifth Saturdays where applicable.\n- Weekly offs: Sundays and the second and fourth Saturdays.\n- Joining date: 2 November 2026.\n- Career opportunity: Conversion to a full-time position is intended, subject to performance and business requirements.\n\n How to Apply\n\nThis opportunity is open to India-based applicants only.\n\nPlease send your portfolio and a sample social media creative designed for Ascella Group to via WhatsApp.\n\nPlease do not call.
