The Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial analysis, physician compensation, bonus calculations, reporting, and data analytics. This position will work extensively with large data sets, including pulling, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to develop meaningful insights and support business decisions.\nKey Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:\nPrepare recurring financial reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business and operational decision-making\nAnalyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and communicate key findings to leadership\nAssist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other FP&A activities\nDevelop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support business initiatives\nSupport the calculation and administration of physician compensation and incentive/bonus programs\nAssist with process improvements and automation related to physician compensation\nWork with large and complex data sets from multiple systems and sources\nPull data using SQL and transform raw data into usable analytical datasets\nCollaborate with Finance, Operations, Human Resources, IT/Data, and clinical leadership\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field\n1-3 years of relevant financial analysis, FP&A, business intelligence, or data analytics experience.
