As a Patient Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include greeting and checking in patients, managing appointment scheduling, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining patient records. You will assist with pre- and post-surgery patient care by offering guidance, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience throughout their visit.
